Dominion Blades conducts its business in a proper, honest, and fair manner. Dominion Blades products are designed to be used as tools in a broad range of proper-use cutting applications.  Like all tools, Dominion Blades products require proper maintenance to function and will experience every day wear and tear through being carried and used.  The nature of this every day wear and tear is subjective, and as such warranty can only be determined internally through Dominion Blades (not through blanket warranty across all products).

7. Website Terms

Dominion Blades strives to accurately describe and represent all products; however, errors may occur. The actual product itself will supersede any description.  Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Dominion Blades reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct any unknown errors in product listings.  Please be aware that items that are incorrectly listed or priced and subsequently ordered may be cancelled at Dominion Blades discretion.  In the event of a conflict in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified.  Dominion Blades makes no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present. 

8. Blade and tool Purchases

Dominion Blades ships direct to the address and information given by the customer: The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items.

Dominion Blades reserves the right to cancel/refund orders made utilizing third party software.

Dominion Blades encourages buyers to familiarize themselves with applicable laws and regulations regarding possession and the carrying of edged weapons in their states and jurisdictions.

9. Lead Times

Dominion Blades lead times are estimates and Dominion Blades will make every reasonable effort to ship within the time specified. 

10. Shipping

Dominion Blades is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages. Please refer to "shipping policy".

11. Indemnity

Any use/purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Dominion Blades and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, harm, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against or suffered by Dominion Blades arising out of any breach by user/purchaser of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of the use of Dominion Blades website. The foregoing indemnity shall have no limit in its scope or duration.

12. Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
